Abstract:		 1.1 Pre-Construct Archaeology undertook an archaeological evaluation in order to support a planning application for the redevelopment of land at 350-354 Old Kent Road, London, SE5 0HT, London Borough of Southwark. The evaluation entailed the excavation of two trenches to the rear of the building. In both trenches undisturbed horizons dating to the post-medieval and prehistoric periods were observed. The two investigated trenches suggested that although natural horizons had been truncated by later modern truncations there wer areas of survival.
