Abstract: A watching brief during the construction of a replacement water main through the villages of Harmston and Coleby revealed features including wall foundations, a pit, a ditch, a possible trackway to the west of School Lane/Hill Top Road junction, stone lined drains along Station Road and a pit or trench in Church Lane.
