Abstract: |
<summary>A watching brief during the excavation of foundation trenches for the construction of four residential units revealed remains of agricultural activity dated to the 14th-17th centuries, comprising ditches, pits and a pond. Earlier, undated features including ditches and pits were identified, and Saxon pottery found on the site may suggest these to be of late Saxon date. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
