Abstract: |
A section of boundary wall was to be replaced between the Church of All Saints and Church Farm. A planning condition necessitated an archaeological watching brief to be completed during the ground-works to ensure that any significant archaeology was recorded as the existing wall and footings were removed. Other than a spread of modern pottery and building materials only a single late medieval potsherd was found in a backfill/levelling layer beneath the wall. |
