Abstract: An archaeological watching brief was carried out on 7 May 2014 during the scrape of the topsoil from the site. Natural subsoil was located over most of the site which was disturbed by large roots and several surface water drains and a rubbish pit. It is therefore recommended that no further work is required during this development
