Abstract: A Level 2 standing building survey and archaeological evaluation were carried out on 27 August 2014. The building appears to have been constructed in one phase and all architectural features were recorded. The evaluation and inspection of the engineer's pits and the evaluation trenches (representing c5% of the area to be disturbed during the development) did not reveal any archaeological features or finds and it is therefore recommended that no further work is required during the current development. A Cameron 2014.
