Abstract:		 The evaluation revealed that the previous development on the site had variously disturbed or truncated the archaeologically relevant horizon across much of the site but that in places an intact subsoil was recorded indicating zones of less disturbance. However, despite this no deposits or finds of any archaeological interest were observed.
