Abstract: In September 2016 Heritage Planning Services Ltd was commissioned to undertake an archaeological Desk Based Assessment (DBA) on land at Field 402, Grande Route de Faldouet, St Martin, Jersey (hereafter referred to as the Project Site). Modern structures in the form of a family air raid shelter and bus shed are still standing on the site and may be considered of social or local historical value. In addition, the Project Site has the potential to preserve Medieval to Post Medieval buried archaeology to the north of the plot, although this may be truncated. Lastly, there is potential for earlier deposits to be preserved
