Abstract: Heritage Statement and Archaeological Desk Based Assessment covers the long term development plans for the site which will be undertaken in a phased approach. Firstly with the conversion of a former coach house and stable (referred to in the application as a 'barn') and creation of a new driveway and car port. The details of the future phases of the works are yet to be finalised but this report is designed to give a general guide to the potential perceived impacts based on the initial designs and suggest mitigation strategies where necessary.
