The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of new commercial and residential buildings. Although some of the excavations were relatively deep all of the various deposits exposed appeared to have been the result of considerable modern disturbance. Earlier deposits are though likely to survive beneath these layers, with piling operations suggesting that natural deposits may lie at least two meters beneath the depth reached by these groundworks.
