Abstract: |
Headland Archaeology undertook a trial trench evaluation at Deanslade Farm, Lichfield, Staffordshire in order to inform a planning application relating to the residential development of the site. Evidence of former farming practices and the spread of modern material across the site was found. No deposits, finds or features of archaeological significance were identified during the course of the evaluation. |
