Abstract:		 A building assessment was requested of the grade II listed building Frizers Farmhouse, Sonning Eye, Eye and Dunsden, Oxfordshire (NGR SU 75235 75966). The development of the building is a complicated affair with the earliest part dated to the 17th, possibly 16th century. The current proposal is to replace the outbuilding with an extension to the house.
