Abstract:		 In 2017, AB Heritage produced a Historic Environment Desk Based Assessment and Heritage Statement for 109-110 Guilford Street, London. That document included an appraisal and assessment of archaeological potential at the site and included an appraisal and assessment of plans to alter internal plan form and external features of the buildings. This report is an updated and revised Heritage Statement, which has been requested following the preparation of new designs for the treatment of the internals and exterior of 109-110 Guilford Street. This report does not consider the archaeological potential of the site, as this was satisfactorily covered in the previous report (AB Heritage, 2017)
