Abstract: A Heritage Statement to cover a proposed development at the Grade II Listed 'The Horse and Groom Public House' This report formed part of a Listed Building Consent Application, as 68 Heath Street is a Grade II Listed Building, first listed in January 1999. The developments planned were minor to remove later additions to the basement and ground floor levels and minor changes to the external front.
