Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	Pre-Construct Archaeology conducted an archaeological watching brief on the ground works associated with the instalation of scaffolding required for renovation works to commence at The Great Pagoda at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew TW9 3AB. between the 6th February and 6th March 2017. The excavations consisted of two concentric octagonal installation trenches for concrete ring beams, and a small trench against the outside of the west facing Pagoda door for access to services.
