Abstract: |
Trent and Peak Archaeology were commissioned by Mr. Simon Tollervey to undertake an archaeological watching brief ahead of the construction of a sunroom and refurbishment of the existing greenhouse at Waingroves Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire. The application (Ref: AVA/2016/0124) was submitted to Derbyshire County Council, and granted conditional planning permission. Archaeological watching brief was maintained during all intrusive groundworks associated with the new development. No archaeological structures, deposits or features were recorded during the course of the watching brief. The watching brief was undertaken on the 13th of August, 2018. |
