Abstract: |
A historic Building Survey of Barnsdale House, Great Easton, a Grade II listed building, was carried out by the University of Leicester Archaeological Services (ULAS) in October 2017. Planning permission has been granted for the refurbishment of Barnsdale House to include demolition of existing two storey and single storey rear extensions and erection of single storey side and rear extension; two storey rear extension and a first floor extension to the rear; installation of a new access and new railings, rendering of the existing wall and erection of a detached garage. |
