Abstract:		 Headland Archaeology was commissioned by English Heritage to undertake a programme of visits, following the instructions of the Written Scheme of Investigation aimed to the recording of the consolidation repair works to be carried out in Sawley Abbey, Clitheroe. According to the contract variation instructions received on the 26th of November 2015, Archaeological Recording and documentation of the current condition of the remains of the Historic Tiled Flooring located in the the north and south chapels of the transect was undertaken.
