Abstract: |
Archaeology South-East was commissioned by the Clancy Group, acting for Southern Water, to undertake an archaeological watching brief during intrusive groundworks associated with the replacement of a water-main in the vicinity of the Princes Park, south of Chatham, Kent. A trench measuring approximately 550m in length and 0.60m in width was dug in previously undisturbed ground. No archaeological finds, features or deposits were encountered during the watching brief. |
