Abstract: |
On the 5th-6th November 2018 a Level 3 historic building recording exercise was undertaken at The Bull Hotel, 99 Main Road, Hockley, Essex, SS5 4RN (NGR: TQ 8329 9241). The project was commissioned by Stephen Vanner of LAP Architects and Interior Designers Ltd and undertaken on behalf of the landowner, Greene King. The project was undertaken to record surviving elements of the historic fabric of the Bull Hotel, prior to proposed rebuilding and redevelopment of the site. The Bull Hotel is a grade II listed building that was partially destroyed by fire in April 2018. |
