Abstract: |
Eight trenches revealed a range of features. One gully might be prehistoric, based on a single sherd of pottery. A ditch appears to be early Medieval, and a pit 19th century. Stone building foundations on the footprint of a recently demolished building are likely earlier than the 19th century. A single sherd of Roman pottery was recovered. A handful of pits remained undated. |
