Abstract:		 A report on the findings of a 6 trench evaluation at land at Old Farm, Main Street, Gilmorton. The area was extended after archaeology was found in the north east of the site. The excavation of the stripped area uncovered three phases of occupation; the earliest phase, which was characterised by various boundary ditches. The second phase, characterised by evidence for metalworking and potential structures. And the final phase, characterised by postholes relating to a possible structure.
