Abstract: |
Two evaluation trenches revealed four postholes, two pits, one pond and two linears of post-medieval to modern date. This represents the continual use of the land as a farmyard during the post-medieval period. The pond shows up on historic maps dating to the 1900's, suggesting that it was infilled during the early 20th century. |
