Abstract: |
Monitoring of cable duct installation. Work undertaken to fulfil a condition of a Scheduled Monument Consent (number S00113125). Structural remains (foundations, limited brickwork, drainage) were noted to the rear of the Left Battery and two sections of concrete roadway encountered in area tot he northeast. Excavation of the duct trench entailed breaking slots through these items but did not lead to their complete destruction. |
