Abstract: |
John Moore Heritage Services carried out an archaeological watching brief at Berkshire College of Agriculture, Burchetts Green Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, on the 21.07.20 and 29.07.20. (NGR SU 83278 82412). The purpose was for the installation of eight 2m high loop array antennas, one control unit, stock-proof fencing and associated landscaping for up to a temporary period of five years. This particular area had potential for Neolithic, prehistoric, Roman, medieval, post-medieval and other undated remains. However, over the course of the watching brief works, no archaeological remains were uncovered. |
