Abstract: AB Heritage was commissioned to update an Archaeological Desk-Based Assessment covering a proposed development at Clive House, 12 - 18 Queens Road, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 9XE. This report includes a description of the baseline conditions within a 500m study area. The Portmore Park and Oatland Park historic landscape character covers the proposed development site. The surrounding 500m study area contains twelve additional heritage features that relate to activity near the site from the Prehistoric period, Post-Medieval and Modern
