Level 3 Historic Building Record (as defined in the Historic England guidance Understanding Historic Buildings (2016). The documentary sources consulted in the preparation of this report, coupled with on-site observations, has assisted in refining the interpretation of the structure, including the current method of construction, evidence for earlier phases of construction, and physical and documentary evidence for both the reuse and source of replacement components within the roof. |
