The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 A geophysical (magnetometer) survey covering 19.6 hectares was carried out on land that is proposed to be developed to the east of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. No anomalies of obvious archaeological potential have been recorded. Anomalies indicative of service pipes, variations in the bedrock geology, soils and topography have been identified. Within the north of the survey area, two clusters of magnetic enhancement anomalies have been identified that are 200m south of fieldwalking find spots. These anomalies may indicate archaeology, although a geological origin is deemed more likely. On the basis of the survey, the archaeological potential of the site is considered to be low.
