Abstract:		 A trench evaluation was undertaken in the rear garden and car park of the property. An historic building appraisal was also undertaken. The trench evaluation identified features associated with the garden of the property, dating to the 19th century, along with later 20th-cenury landscaping. The appraisal of the buildings confirmed their suspected 1730s date, and identified phases of 19th- and 20th-century alterations and extensions.
