Abstract: |
Four trenches were positioned to target responses identified by geophysical survey
in Fields 3730 and 5758, and the upstanding earthwork in Field 3730. The excavation of four trial trenches unearthed a number of Late Neolithic/Bronze Age hearths, pits, post-holes and stake-holes. From these, fragments of two Early Bronze Age collared urns were found, as well as a stone wrist guard dating to the same period. |
