Abstract:		 Geophysical survey carried out over 12.5 hectares of open grassland to determine any archaeological features present on the area of proposed residential development. The survey covered a 3.3 hectare area that had not been previously surveyed. Most dominant anomaly in survey results matches to modern gas pipeline. Nothing of archaeological significance was identified.
