Abstract:		 Trenched archaeological evaluation associated with rural residential development. Occupational evidence probably spanning the period 12th/13th to 15th centuries was recorded in the form of domestic refuse pits and linear features. Uncommon and early evidence of the growing of asparagus and an unparalleled medieval pottery vessel fragment was recorded.
