Abstract: |
The proposed development site comprised a 7.2ha area of land located at NGR 434500, 264745 (site centre), plus an area of 1.2ha on the west side of Church lane which runs between the two areas, but is not included within this scheme of evaluation because it is intended for public open space. The site is undulating and is currently under mixed pasture and arable. The underlying solid geology comprises Triassic Mercia Mudstone overlain by glacial head deposits of clay, silt and sand (British Geological Survey website). |
