Abstract:		 A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was undertaken during the ground reduction and excavation of foundation trenches for a new extension and garden wall, following the demolition of the former extension, at 8 Church Street, Warwick. No evidence for significant archaeological remains associated with medieval settlement or earlier activity was observed.
