Abstract: Heritage Impact Assessment comprising: site visit; trawls of the Wiltshire Historic Environment Record (Know Your Place), Historic England National Monuments Record database (PastScape), the National Heritage List for England (NHLE), the Historic England Archive, and surviving cartographic resources, along with other published or documentary sources. 'The aesthetic and architectural significance of the Project Site is clearly discernible. Although constructed as a utilitarian building, the cart shed exhibits an elegant design which denotes the sense of pride and high quality of workmanship with which the building was finished. The addition of the iron piers, which would have been visible from the roadside, is a detail indicative of the age and adds character to the heritage asset.'
