The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An archaeological evalaution of land at Gibbet Moor Farm was carried out in May 2009 in advance of submission of planning permission for the redevelopment of the site as an energy centre. Twenty two trenches totalling 950m were dug to provide a representative sample of the site and to investigate anomalies identified during geopysical survey. No significant archaeological features or deposits were found - the majority of the anomalies proved to represent mettaled tracks of probable post-medieval date.
