4210	Accidental	Healed fracture	view The distal left ulna midshaft is expanded with a callus of remodelled lamellar bone. This likely reflects a well healed fracture (oblique or transverse). No overlap or rotation is visible. The distal ulna joint surface is not present . No evidence of fracture to the left radius or opposing arm (although the R. arm is more fragmented).
