Abstract: |
as part of research agenda for later prehistoric landscapes in Wales, it is argued that studies should be re-centred onto the middle of the Bronze Age, rather than upon its margins. This would require investment in fieldwork and also revised theoretical and methodological perspectives of settlement practices and landscape during the period. The paper briefly considers a few of these themes and relates them to a fieldwork project currently being undertaken by the authors in Ardudwy, northwest Wales. A few specific themes are proposed that could be incorporated into research agenda |
