Abstract: |
A desk-based assessment was conducted in advance of a proposed residential development at the farm. The farm dates from at least the late 18th/early 19th century, and cartographic evidence showed the site had never been built on with the exception of several large modern barns. However, given the farm's central location within the medieval village of Temple Sowerby, further work is recommended. |
