Abstract:		 Full planning permission has been granted by North Lincolnshire Council for the erection of a new house and garage on land to the rear of The Old Vicarage, Redbourne (Planning Ref: PA/2010/0905). This scheme of works entailed the production of a detailed specification for the works followed by archaeological observation and recording during all groundworks associated with the development. Ground reduction for a new access road and the foundation trenches for the house and garage were monitored. No archaeological features, deposits or finds were revealed during these works.
