Abstract: This report presents the results of an archaeological evaluation undertaken by AOC Archaeology Group on the site of a proposed housing development, on behalf of Persimmon Homes Ltd. The archaeological evaluation consisted of the machine trenching of 2280m² across land which had previously been cultivated, but currently lies fallow. Neither significant archaeological features nor artefacts were encountered.
