Abstract: |
A detailed gradiometry survey was conducted over approximately 0.4 hectares of arable land. The survey has not identified any anomalies of archaeological origin. Former field boundaries and ridge and furrow ploughing suggest that the area has been used for agricultural activity since the medieval period. The remaining anomalies are natural or modern in origin, relating to ferrous objects and fencing. |
