Residence of the Berkeley Family until 1949. The Mansion House was divided into apartments in the 1950s. Assessment of significance of the heritage assets, Flat 1 outbuildings, and the surroundings and analysis of the historic fabric as found and could be seen on 29th November 2019 equivalent to a Level 1-2 Building Recording, [Ref Understanding Historic Buildings A Guide to Good Recording Practice Historic England May 2016]
