Assessment of significance of the heritage asset and its surroundings and analysis of the historic fabric as found and could be seen in December 2020 Due to Covid 19 there was one site visit made to assess and take photographs, equivalent to a Level1 Building Recording, [Ref Understanding Historic Buildings A Guide to Good Recording Practice Historic England May 2016] The fermenting house / room formerly more recently used by Poundstretcher is a locally listed building and is now all that remains of the vast Worcester former Hill, Evans and Co. vinegar works together with the listed filling Hall, the locally listed Granary and Counting House, entrance to ASDA, and the Underground Cellar Vaults |
