Abstract: |
Historic building recording of a mid-18th to 19th century farmhouse using a combination of photography and annotated sketches. The house stands within a rectangular plot south-west of the junction of Cronton Road and Chapel Lane and probably dates to the mid-18th to early 19th century when it was constructed as a farmhouse attached to a small landholding. The house has largely been modernised, removing and obscuring the original building materials and resulting in the loss of all original features. |
