Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	This assessment was commissioned to help inform the LPA on a proposal for the possible conversion of the former milking Parlour part of Court Close Farm Eckington a GDII listed farmhouse and curtilage listed farm buildings.The report assessed the significance of this heritage asset and its surroundings and analysis of the historic fabric as found and could be seen on July 1st 2021 equivalent to a Level 2 Building Recording, of the Former Milking Parlour. The remainder of the site was recorded at a Level 1 [Ref Understanding Historic Buildings A Guide to Good Recording Practice Historic England May 2016]
