Abstract:		 Archaeological monitoring was undertaken during groundworks associated with the construction of a new dwelling in November 2014. A small quantity of Late Saxon and medieval pottery fragments and undated canine bone fragments were recovered during the excavations. No significant archaeological remains were encountered.
