Abstract: |
Archaeological monitoring of the installation of a new septic tank for the church Disarticulated human remains recovered along with masonry that may date to the medieval church. Finds dating from prehistoric to modern period recovered and indicate long term human activity at the site. Small stone pillar without inscription found lying in churchyard resembles Roman altar and warrants further investigation. |
