In order to create a page you need to create a link to the new page from an existing page. Clicking on the new link will then create the page.
Creating a new page is very easy but not initially intuitive:
* Create a link on an existing page

Some text with [a link]
}}}
This looks like:
Some text with [a link]
* If you then click on the link it will create it!
*If you do click on the link above just click on the cancel button and then this page will still make sense for the next person.
