The ADS are excited to announce a new job opportunity, a Postdoctoral Research Associate.
This role has come about at a particularly exciting time for the ADS, as UK funding for our services has led to a new wave of international research projects relating to archaeology and heritage science. In particular, this role will support the ADS Director and Research Projects Manager in three EU-funded projects: ECHOES which is building the European Collaborative Cloud for Cultural Heritage; in AUTOMATA we are exploring the use of robotics and AI in archaeology; and in ARTEMIS researching how the concept of Digital Twins can be developed in the heritage sector.
Key tasks will include participating in international research projects, preparing research applications and proposals, and administrative tasks related to these projects.
